SD-XXS Adjustable Paver Pedestal – 3/8″ to 5/8″

Description

The SD-XXS Adjustable Paver Pedestal adjusts from 3/8″ – 5/8″ in increments of 1 mm by simply twisting the screw ring on the pedestal.  For use with concrete pavers, Ipe deck tiles, turf, planters and porcelain.

Use our SD-XL-SH2 Shims in combination with this pedestal to ensure each tile is flush at the corners.  They may also be used on each pedestal for sound dampening.

For slopes greater than 1/2″ per foot, add our SD-XL-SLH Self-Leveling heads to compensate for slopes up to 5%.

Box Contents: one fully assembled SD-XXS Adjustable Paver Pedestal with 3/16″ gap spacers.  Up to 125 pcs per box.

Installation: Place your first four adjustable paver pedestals on the roof and lay your paver or tile on top of them.  Ensure that the gap spacers are tight against the tile.  For perimeter tiles, snap off two of the gap spacers and push the pedestal as close to the parapet wall as possible.  Perimeter pedestals will only share two tile rather than four.  They will sit fully under the pavers so as not to be visible.  Continue laying pavers in a line, leveling each paver and ensuring the line of pavers remains perfectly straight.  Once a full row is complete, begin laying a perpendicular row in a cross shape.
