Return Policy

Our return policy

We know it is hard to estimate exactly how many pedestals, and which heights, a project will need. That is why we make pedestal returns simple.

What you can return

Pedestals and pedestal accessories can be returned at any time, as long as they are in new, resellable condition. There is no return deadline.

What you cannot return

All other products are final sale. This includes porcelain pavers, concrete pavers, Ipe deck tiles, fiberglass grates, Ipe Lock fasteners, turf, tools (including the Slab Grabber paver lifter, the hand adjustment tool and the drill bit adjustment tool), quoted or special orders, and free samples.

Restocking fee and return shipping

Returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.

How to start a return

Email info@skydeckusa.com or call (502) 230-3325, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. Include your order number and the items and quantities you want to return. We will confirm the details and tell you where to send them. Please do not ship anything back until we confirm.

Refunds

We refund the item price, less the 18% restocking fee, to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned items.

Damaged items

Damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt, with photos of all damaged products. If damage is visible at delivery, please notify the driver, make a note on the delivery receipt, take photos and let us know as soon as possible.

This is a far superior product to the other major brand. No cutting of pipe necessary. Skydeck did a great job with the layout and providing all of the items needed. Also, I found the skydeck pavers to be better than the locally aqured pavers. They are more consistant in thickness and have a less textured bottom. This leads to a flatter cleaner top surface. And to top it all off, I was able to speak with the owner of the company who was VERY helpful in the whole process. I highly recommend using Skydeck :-)
